My goal is to spot and support leaders who desire to achieve something meaningful.I know from my practical experience that a leader achieves his/her vision through the organization – and it requires balanced relationships and systems. I help plan and implement the changes necessary to ensure the viability of organizations. I rely on three main components of leadership: a strong DNA and a clear vision, a healthy and well-functioning team, and a solid and reliable execution system.I see that the issue of generation shift in management is increasingly significant – how to ensure the further development of the organization even when the founder and long-term leader feels that it is time to step aside. Managing family businesses is tricky – a wise person does not let the family destroy the business or allow the business to destroy the family. In my career, I’ve faced some demanding challenges managing organizations in the phase of restarting and growing to the next level. I have learned to be patient in achieving goals and become a leader of great teams. I value a team-oriented and results-oriented organizational culture. For more than 25 years, I have shared the practical experience gained by working as a consultant and being a leadership coach.I have an analytical nature and education, which allows me to approach the development of organizations and cooperation systematically and, at the same time, humanely. My journey of becoming a leadership trainer started in IT and statistics, for the practical application of which I had to study economics and marketing. The role of an expert was quickly supplemented by the readiness to take on management responsibility. And based on my own practical experience, I already had the confidence to support other leaders. Eventually, everything comes down to the individual – our consciousness of ourselves and the people and world around us.
