He writes the market reports and is responsible for Elegran’s indexes, including the Leverage Index and Consumer Sentiment Index. His leadership facilitates collaboration among the Leadership Team, Staff, and Agents to enhance Elegran’s growth, while maintaining a culture of collaboration, encouragement, and warmth. Jared’s deepest passion lies in motivating and supporting agents and nurturing relationships within the Elegran team and the broader real estate community.Jared holds a degree in Finance and Economics with a concentration in Real Estate from James Madison University.
