About Jaap De Groot

Met vriendengroep in december 2018 hebben wij onze hoogste berg (6850 meter) de Ojos del Salado in Chili beklommen. Met dank aan de Wim Hof methode! Zonder een enkel medicijn maar met deze simpele maar doeltreffende combinatie van ademhalingsoefeningen en koudetraining ben ik op deze hoogte gekomen. Dit is voor mij een eyeopener geweest die ik graag met anderen wil delen. Wim Hof heeft in 2014 (Radboud UMC ) bewezen dat zijn methode het immuunsysteem kan beinvloeden!
