Msc Research Project internship at Institute Biology Leiden (IBL), department Plant Genetics and Natural Products. Study on efficiency in Agrobacterium mediated (bacterial based) protein transfer to introduce developmental regulators in plants. Labwork includes PCR plasmid cloning, Agrobacterium plant infiltration and confocal fluorescence imaging of plant tissue. Project plan and results were presented during course of internship to department members.
