At DTG I have designed and set-up a corporate Academy, including certification, e-learning, classroom training and onboarding programme. Major elements in my daily work include analysing business and learning needs, project management of the L&D department, managing external parties, writing and developing e-learning modules, implementing an LMS, reporting training results, and evaluating product and process to improve individual learning and ultimately overall business results.

For over 9 years I have been employed by TinQwise. In those 9 years I have developed many, many e-learning programmes, using a wide range of tools, such as Lectora, Flash, Smartbuilder and Articulate. My area of expertise includes instructional design, writing, user-interface design, graphical design, technical development and overall implementation and internal roll-out.
