Time to Eat was Malta's very own unique delivery platform, bringing together over 400 restaurants, most of which were local favourites, in one app and website. Trusted by over 150,000 customers to date, with over 1 million orders processed in one small location in the middle of the Mediterranean.I initially took this highly successful concept from Denmark called Just Eat, and brought it to Malta– it subsequently became one of the prime movers in the takeaway and delivery space and ultimately grew into what is today considered Malta’s first local e-commerce success.We eventually won the award of 2016 Malta's Best in Business Awards: Best IT Solution.

High Pulse Gaming was a poker gaming software company.Being a keen poker player myself, I was invited to join High Pulse Gaming and worked there for two years in a variety of different middle and senior management roles. Ultimately, I took a leading role, with the operational responsibility of managing a team of 15 people. At that time, I was just 23 years old.
