But also welding, screen printing, ceramics, painting, jewelry making and PC courses. A total of 60 volunteers and craftsmen (teachers) make this possible, in addition to a small staff of 5. I focussed on (improving) business operations, programming, strategy and especially people management. For me it was very valuable that also people who have had setbacks - in any area of life - could participate and thus regain their self-confidence.
