End of 2020 I made my switch to the Public Services: at first I took upon me to lead a creative beehive, where anyone is welcome to get oriented in craftsmanship (and thus get back on track). In 2022 I continued as manager of a social enterprise. Before I have worked as an Executive Searcher and Employer Branding manager. The start of my career was as a publisher (b2b content for healthcare and HR-professionals). Specialties: (executive) recruitment, jobhunting. In 2014 re-entered healthcare market, focusing on recruitmentstrategy, including employer branding. In 2020 switched tot management positions in the public domain. Now in 2023 back to executive search in the public domain.

But also welding, screen printing, ceramics, painting, jewelry making and PC courses. A total of 60 volunteers and craftsmen (teachers) make this possible, in addition to a small staff of 5. I focussed on (improving) business operations, programming, strategy and especially people management. For me it was very valuable that also people who have had setbacks - in any area of life - could participate and thus regain their self-confidence.
