Our mission is to help tradespeople get the work they want & homeowners hire the tradespeople they need.As VP of product I have been focussed on acquisition and core marketplace teams overseeing product management for 8 cross functional teams.Key milestones: increased matchrate with +50%, increased job acquisition conversion with +30%, grew mobile app adoption to 65%+ for tradespeople making it the primary platform, migration and product pivots for German and French markets.

Working with a talented group of product & design professionals in collaboration with engineering to improve our customer experience on both sides of the marketplace (home owners and service pros) and thereby creating value for the business. Strong believe in learning fast (also from failure) by applying modern product principles. Creating and guiding autonomous teams by working objective driven.- Managed the international roll-out of Werkspot with the launch under the Instapro brand in Italy- Migrated Werkspot.nl to our international platform.- Launched new consumers propositions (Instant Connect, Invite to Quote) to drive both customer satisfaction and Revenue per User- Drove App adoption by Service Pro users over 50% within a year by offering an improved and superior user experience

Team of 5 FTE product management & design + 4 FTE product content.

Co-founded the largest videogames website of the Netherlands back then. Built a business around advertising and content models. InsideGamer got acquired by Sanoma (now de Persgroep).
