SUMMARYResponsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software in Orthopaedic and Physical Therapy Clinics. Responds to queries, diagnosis problems, and determines and implements solution.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES* Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.* Respond to queries either in person or over the phone/email.* Train computer users in a multitude of software/hardware platforms.* Maintain daily performance of 125+ computer systems.* Respond to email messages for users seeking help.* Ask questions to determine nature of problem.* Walk users through problem-solving process.* Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.* Clean up computers.* Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.* Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN) and other systems.* Install computer peripherals for users.* Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.* Gain feedback from customers about computer usage.Microsoft Office ProductsXP, Vista, Win7 and Win8/8.1Desktop, laptop, tablet and VMwareEHR/EMR, Practice Management, PACS and other support systems

Responsibilities:• Manages the daily operational activities for liquid fertilizer manufacturing plant.• Directs personnel.• Assists in the development, implementation and maintenance of plant safety and OSHA compliance.• Ensures that the Operations Department follows all operating and emergency procedures, compliance procedures, sabotage and disturbance reporting procedures.• Monitors and optimizes plant performance – assists with quality testing and evaluation.• Continuously works toward improving plant operations and the effectiveness of plant processes such as Chemistry and variable O&M costs. • Development of the annual plant operating budget including the forecast for Major Maintenance, Projects and CapEx work and economic analysis.• Directs the training, performance and development of staff.• Makes competent decisions in emergency situations.• Develops and maintains harmonious working relationship with other company personnel and employees of other companies with whom direct contact is required.
