The Alzheimer's Association is the world’s leading voluntary health organization in Alzheimer care, support and research. The Alzheimer's Association is the largest private funder of Alzheimer research and the premier source of information and support for the more than 5 million Americans with Alzheimer’s disease and their 15 million families and caregivers.Key responsibilities:Recruited, onboarded, and set performance targets for a team of 8 outreach coordinators responsible for generating $2.1MM in revenue on a goal of $1.8MM. Coached staff members to proactively reach out to existing sponsors, quickly resolving issues, and identifying new opportunities for partnerships.Cultivated and forged strong relationships with community partners. Selected as a member on National workgroups tasked with identifying improvements to National Alzheimer’s Association website, adopting a constituent management system, promoting diversity, and others.

Developed and executed a 5-year plan that grew Walk to End Alzheimer’s campaign from $201,000 in yearly revenue to $1.2 MM, while ensuring that expenses remained under 12% of revenue.Presented campaign performance reports to CEO, CFO, and board of directors. Created a year over year monthly benchmark report to track campaign performance across 4 key indicators. Incorporated benchmarks into weekly meetings with staff. Analyzed the impact of a $100,000 billboard marketing campaign by evaluating 5 years of participant data.

Planned and executed over 500 events ranging from small receptions to 5K Walks (3,000+ participants) in partnership with the City of Houston, Houston Astros, Houston Police Department, and corporate partners.Improved customer service for donor database process by ensuring that all donor acknowledgment letters were mailed within seven days of receipt.
