Working in Telecommunications industry for 30+ years with ongoing self improvement gave me the ability to anticipate the industry direction and most probable changes. I had the chance to successfully study, design, and build the Operation Management Center of Marconi’s (Ericsson currently) biggest project (Dubai Marina) in UAE as an operation manager for 50k+ customers covering all telecomm services including Home Phones, TV, Internet, Smart Homes, BMS,… etc, for companies with very high profile business like financial companies and banks, and for home users.I had the experience as a program manager to build and sustain a PMO in addition to put procedures / processes for the management level work, and here I have the required skills to do that where I already did the same for a huge company Huawei Technologies (Second Telecom Vendor all over the world) in their most important area (includes 20+ countries) for the Engineering Department and before, with establishing the local project management office PMO of Huawei; creating its procedures / processes, work flow charts, business target, and documentation templates in addition to all department organization required to make a very big success in the company then having the opportunity to successfully head the engineering management department for 2 years.I was always a good asset to all companies I worked for and I believe that I will make a difference with my endless willing to improve the ways to work SD-WAN SME
