• Effectively manage projects and presentations.• Communicates directly on behalf of the Event Operations Staff as a whole.• Assist in maintaining inventory logs of all equipment used for events.• Set and strike tables, chairs, stages, and other items as needed.• Assist event and production staffs with AV assets, lighting and audio systems.• Perform maintenance and preventative maintenance projects to keep all inventory in working condition.• Provide tech support for all software and hardware related computer and hardware issues that could arise in the production or execution of an event.

• Provides high-level day-to-day support to ensure tasks are completed efficiently• Serves as the primary point of contact for all matters concerning the operations department.• Establishes excellent working relationships community business leaders.• Provides calendar management in a manner that ensures that day-to-day engagements will be smooth.• Coordinates transportation logistics for athletic teams for away games.• Manages gameday tasks which include ticket distribution and communication with guests.• Independently complete projects including budget planning.
