● Oversee and manage more than seven medical centers, including a general hospital with 220 beds, 82 power plants, 25 irrigation substations, and several public buildings and infrastructure.The capacity to efficiently plan and organize teams of engineers or staff, maximizing every effort to meet objectives and targets.● Guiding and advising RC Workers in the execution of the Contract and HSE.● Guiding the RC Contract Supervisor and Employees to attain superior performance outcomes.● Hold the RC and Contractor Staff weekly follow-up meeting.● Establish a weekly reporting system to inform the status of the contract and discuss any uncovered deviations during the weekly follow-up meeting.● Lead the team in the monthly meeting.● Participant in the Royal Commission's initiative to save consumption.
