- Lead and manage multiple projects cooperating with COP29, ensuring alignment with COP29 presidency initiatives.- Organize and coordinate events, including roundtable discussions with high-level government representatives during Baku Climate Action Week.- Facilitate private sector and NGO engagement to support COP29 objectives.- Participate in initiation and design meetings with CCT experts to influence high-level project planning.- Oversee project logistics and ensure smooth operations across all project activities.- Support protocol services to maintain high standards of professionalism and adherence to diplomatic protocols.

- Determining and analysing training needs - Searching for local and foreign trainers and meeting with them - Preparation of training materials - Organizing all staff`s training - Implementation of recruitment and adaptation process - Recruitment (Interviews, forming of the exams and exam questions etc.)- Attending to SMS audit sessions of Marine Academy - Dealing with students of company`s Marine State Academy

- Managed the business meetings with existing customers - Determination of needs of customers and making official order forms and documents- Keeping communication with Istanbul office and factory for tracking orders- Tracking, acceptance and making distribution schedule of the orders- Finding and meeting with new customers- Making marketing strategy for customer loyalty
