We also learn about developing, deploying, and monitoring in the cloud where we discuss technologies like infrastructure as code, proactive instrumentation.AWS DevOps Engineer Scholarship (2021)During this Scholarship I am learning how to scale and build services in the cloud, configuration management, build automated systems/infrastructure, and develop pipelines to make remote updates to software eliminating any effort for users. Using tools like Ansible, Jenkins, and python programming language.HACKATHONSSafehack Safehack is the biggest security hackathon in Africa targeting 100 participants in 2021. Every Hackathon has a strong software element. The intensity and enthusiasm required to deliver a competitive hack usually mean that getting the solution to work in a short amount of time is challenging enough. This year’s theme was Human firewall, enhancing people’s capability to identify and report cybercrime.Knowing there is no cybersecurity event, book, or course that doesn’t emphasize that most of the breaches are a result of the human factor. I decided to work on a security checklist application that is aimed at providing a list of things to check to ensure that your devices, application, and websites are secure.
