• Ensure all the financial reporting deadlines are met and that the results reported are accurate and complete.
• Perform, co-ordinate, review and monitor month-end and year-end reporting.
• Perform reporting of intercompany Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet movements and balances, and ensure no material mismatches. Ensure inter-company transactions are recorded, reconciled and resolved monthly.
• Responsible for the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Ensure Growthops policies are adhered.
• Implement group finance policies and procedures as directed.

• Responsible to daily journal posting activity.
• Actively participate in processing, and systems improvements and development.
• Responsible monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing of accounts.
• Involved in Staff Reconciliation-Concur, Inter-company reconciliation, Bank Reconciliation, Fixed Asset Preparation.
• Ensure the quality and timeliness of balance sheet reconciliations and follow up on open items.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, group standards and Business Code of Practice.

• Communicate with respective customers in order to ensure timely collection of debt.
• Host a monthly/weekly debtor review with the management team.
• Coordinate month-end financial closing process.
• Monitor GST related tasks and monthly submission.
• Responsible for AP function, and ensure vendors’ disputes are resolved in a timely basis.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors.

• Handle full set of accounts including general ledger, account receivables and account payable.
• Coordinate month-end/quarter-end/year-end financial closing process.
• Monitor GST related tasks and monthly submission.
• Review and supervise AP role of Account Assistant.
• Monitor petty cash – ensure the reasonableness of spending, and ensure compliance of company petty cash policy.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors.

• Perform cash receipts function including recording and posting into accounting system
• Disbursement - processing of invoices, claims and refunds via different modes – telegraphic transfers and checks
• Preparation of Quarterly / Weekly Treasury reports (Treasury Status reporting & Cash Flow Forecasting etc.)
• Monitor placement of funds
• Monitor cash flow position to ensure sufficient of funds to meet operational, capital investment requirements and borrowing needs
• Record update and monitor all outward payment requests, prepare payment forms and internal documentation required by Accounts Department
