I have 20 years+ experience in the FMCG sector. My passion is helping companies to improve on key performance indicators (KPI's) in a sustainable way at all levels of the business by creating an environment where employees are comfortable to be innovative. Creating a strategy (common goal) and coaching different departments on working together to deliver on such strategy is a simple tool that forms part of my approach. Seeing employees and teams being motivated to improve further, as they make progress in achieving interim goals and targets, is my main inspiration.My lessons learnt include that sustainable results can only be achieved by creating an environment where failure is not seen as the opposite of success, but part of the road to success.
