My role is to organise and allocate tasks to a large group of contracted fabric, plumbing, gas and electrical engineers across England to keep up with the maintenance of all Co-op Facilities sites.

I worked as first line support for a company providing technologies to aid pharmacies and carehomes, mainly in improving auditing and clinical safety for their buisniess, I took on 2nd line duties and would write and escalate tickets to 3rd line when nessasary, I therafter took over the implementation process and became responsible for ensuring technical functionability when a new pharmacy got the new soft & hardware then would lead them through training, to day to day support.

This role was very heavily target driven, and a fantastic opportunity for developing confidence. I would approach people and talk about a charitable cause, with the aim of getting them to sign up to a monthly direct debit. This role taught me invaluable lessons about communication.
