About Jac Whitmire

As the National Sales Manager for DKS DoorKing I have fourteen Regional Sales Managers (RSM's) throughout the US that report to me. My role is to provide support, coaching and encourage development of each RSM in order to create synergy as we work together to provide great customer support, grow sales districts and identify opportunities. Reporting to the Sales Director, I gather and create information on market trends, pricing, and emerging technology. Travel extensively to customer locations to create and develop relationships and also to help with training and RSM support. I am a firm believer in empowering people with decision making and work to create an atmosphere where everyone feels that their opinion and suggestions matter.
