I execute all accounting tasks to include General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, etc. I am able to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality. I take care of Company Taxes (Local, State, & Federal), to include Fuel Taxes (IFTA, IRP) as well. I do all record keeping for the individual trucks, and the filing of all things office. I have strong customer service skills and believe that a smile during a phone call can be heard from miles away. I set the Company Pricing and work closely with Vendors to make sure we receive top pricing, and keep a strong, business relationship at all times. I make sure the employees are taken care of well, and oversee the Employee Health/Dental Insurance along with all of the Company Insurance to include Workers Compensation. I execute Customer Collections, and provide Personalized Payment Plans when necessary. I do all Company Bonuses for Executives and Employees alike. I take care of all audits (Insurance, Local, State, & Federal,) when they arise.

I am a Virginia Water Well Association member, and I'm a Certified Master Water Well Systems Provider. I used to do the physical aspect of actually drilling the water wells.
