As the first employee out of 30, I led the development of a full suite of content and eLearning products on AI, driving execution from concept, implementation to pricing and go-to-market initiatives. I launched an artificial intelligence magazine that reached 99k users and 30k+ monthly active users within 3 months. The Academy enrolled 250 students in its first 6 days, driving rapid user growth. Beside of defining and driving the backlog and sprints with SCRUM, part of my job was to build autonomous teams, with middle management and processes that ensured quality and delivery times.

Wegow absorbed Bracelit and my role is, in addition to being a shareholder, to perform product advisor functions defining the upcoming strategy for the achievement of the company goals.

Reporting to the CEO, I provide strategic guidance on product vision, market positioning, and industry trends. With a keen understanding of the evolving financial technology landscape, I navigate complex regulatory frameworks and foster partnerships to expand our product's reach and maximize customer value. Through my leadership and collaborative approach, I play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and establishing our company as a key player in the Spanish fintech ecosystem.

Managing different teams, I focus my work on accomplishing short and medium term business goals, fulfilling deadlines, defining and prioritization the product backlog.

Bracelit is the integral management system for events, venues and activities that allows to:-Increase the revenue by offering the most secure and efficient payment system.-Have the whole control of economic, material and human resources by getting real time information of all of them.-Meet clients and consumers like never before having a live communication with them and getting behavioral insights.Concerning my position as CEO, leading a cross-functional and distributed team, my duties were to fulfill their needs, establish agile processes, plan and execute the business strategy on product, sales and operations. For these purposes I was very focus on each step of the product management: identification and prioritization of business problems, customer and market research, Design Thinking and Lean practices for the definition of new features, backlog prioritization, Scrum ceremonies with development teams to deliver and refine epics and stories ensuring good quality on software and deadlines on time. Afterwards, doing customer demos and dealing with stakeholders to reach the best performance and profitability on the service.
