A quiet force for change.My ingrained sense of social justice and constant drive to learn built the foundation of my career, spanning over a decade ( and still going ! ) , combining Social Work/Mental health/ Education/Leadership and Sport . My two boys levelled me up as a human being and where I can I bring them along for the ride, where I cant, I challenge the systems that are in place that prevent women from thriving in the intersections of ambition/career and families. I feel most aligned and living within my purpose when I am facilitating groups, especially in reflective spaces and any time I am privileged to be leading and coaching. I love to have a yarn and embrace the creative flow of working with others. I look forward to connecting with you along the way.
