AVIACTION is the new brand of the group formed by two long-standing companies in the aircraft maintenance sector: AIRE, specialised in cabin solutions, and SERVITEC Aircraft Maintenance, dedicated to the provision of line maintence services, as well as parking and preservation.

SERVITEC is a leading spanish company in the field of line maintenance within the aviation industry. With almost 15 year in the sector and more than 80 employees, SERVITEC has been widening its services portfolio to provide parking, preservation ann end-of-life solutions for airlines and aircraft owners.

AIRE is a leading company, based in Spain, specialised in the provision of aircraft cabin solutions. AIRE, with 20 years experience in the sector and more than 120 employees, is an organisation that holds EASA approvals as design, production and maintenance organization for cabin interiors (Part 21J, 21G and 145).

Managing projects of GED Capital, within the travel and tourism sector, in Central, Eastern Europe and Turkey. Member of the board of Happy Tour Group (HTG) and Managing DIrector of paravion.com and bavul.com (onlines initiatives of HTG - leading travel management group in Romania and Turkey).

- Responsible for business results of 33 countries and 10,000 customers in Europe (Central, East and South). Responsible for 350 employees and 19 distribution companies.- Member of the Board of Directors of 7 distribution companies.- Definition and implementation of Amadeus’ vision and strategy aimed at growing market share, profitability, new revenue sources and positioning Amadeus as a leading IT provider in the region.- Leader of regional differentiation and diversification initiatives (Technology Centers in Kiev and Warsaw)

- Responsible for business results and strategy of Amadeus in 3 countries and 1,500 customers.- Responsible for 70 employees and 3 distribution companies.- Crisis and change management: significant improvement of business results and customer/employee satisfaction despite Argentina going through its deepest crisis ever (as of December 2001).

- Control and supervision of 4 distribution companies in South America:(I) 1998-99: Argentina, Colombia, Uruguay and Venezuela(II) 1999-01: Argentina, Chile, Paraguay and Uruguay- Integration of Amadeus Argentina following the acquisition from previous owner (Aerolineas Argentinas).- Coordination of the acquisition of the distribution company in Colombia owned by Avianca and ANATO.- Acting General Manager of Amadeus Argentina as of September 2000.

- Responsible for worldwide revenue planning and forecasting (by market, channel and product).- Responsible for competitive analysis (monthly reporting to top management).- Supporting strategic projects such as mergers & acquisitions (Amadeus Germany).
