My husband and I started our real estate investment company at the end of 2007. We were both previously licensed Realtors in IL and learned a lot about the industry. Today, we enjoy buying homes and rehabbing them for sale as well as building luxury new construction homes. We also wholesale properties to other investors for them to fix up. We own some commercial property and furnished executive rentals, and have now moved into building our first assisted living home. I started a real estate investment group in Green Bay in March of 2009, and added a coaching program in October 2009 that mentors others how to do what we do. In October 2010, I activated my real estate agent's license again, and hung it with a local broker. In 2013, we founded a new Real Estate Investment Association in Appleton and are working with other local investors and rehabbers in the Fox Cities.
