During this assignment I was responsible to: - Manage, maintain and deploy project management processes across the Business Unit- Coach / train project management professionals in line with PMI (Project Management Institute) guidelines.- Support Project management and project managers in multi-site, multi-cultural projects on various PM areas (project planning and tracking, budget planning and tracking, Risk management, CR/PR handling, etc) .- As senior PMO I was responsible coach PSO's in generating high-quality inputs for a monthly KPI report towards BU management

The purpose of the project was to develop a controller IC for LED headlights in the automotive industry.The project was run on multi-sites in multiple countries (Netherlands, Germany, India).I managed this project and a small derivative project successfully to mass production.

During this assignment I provided hands-on support to a number of large development projects in car entertainment products.Hands-on support included:- providing guide lines on creating an integral project plan- handle the risk management process- report on the status of CR/PR- plan and control the project budget
