  In my time at the Dublin Police Department, I have been a Patrol Officer, a Field Training Officer, a firearms instructor, a Taser instructor, a chemical aerosol instructor, a surveillance team member, an armorer and now hold the rank of Lieutenant. I currently work second shift patrol. Duties include supervising officers on calls for service, checking reports, handling scheduling, issuing corrective action and discipline, reviewing citizen complaints or compliments and ensuring that the laws of the State of Ohio and the ordinances of the City of Dublin are enforced. I am currently the administrator for the Body Worn Camera program. This entails issuing cameras to officers, troubleshooting and repair of cameras, ordering parts, coordinating with city IT employees and purchasing of new equipment for an agency of 70 plus officers.
