• Daily administration: price sourcing of instruments, PIK/Cash coupon accounting and monitoring, trade instruction (both listed and unlisted debt instruments), hedging arrangements, custody and account reconciliation.
• Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual maintenance of the instruments by updating fixing prices for private debt instruments.
• Work closely with the deal team to ensure correct allocation of holdings across 13 portfolios.
• Manage collateral by monitoring daily reports and working with the custodian bank to ensure payments both to meet collateral demands as well as the return of excess of collateral are timely and complete.
• Liquidity monitoring to ensure purchases of instruments can be made without interruption. Suggest ways in which liquidity issues can be resolved.
