Managed a team of fifteen.• Turned around relationships with the credit rating agencies following a hostile M&A transaction, protecting billions of dollars of shareholder value. - Established rating agency engagement model, recognized by the agencies as best in the industry. - Proactively managed multiple crisis issues for the company to ensure the rating agencies fully understood the issue and therefore did not take action on Exelon’s ratings. - Performed credit rating analysis in support of long range planning, share buybacks, rate cases, regulatory initiatives, project development and M&A.• Led rating agency engagement for Exelon’s $7.9B merger with Constellation, resulting in an affirmation of Exelon’s investment grade credit ratings.• Managed relationships with Exelon’s commercial, investment and minority-owned banks (~50 banks).• Responsible for $7.7B of credit facilities and four commercial paper programs, totaling $7.4B, for Exelon to support the largest commodity-hedging business in North America and two utilities. • Developed and routinely presented financing plans and liquidity analysis and plans to CEO, CFO and Board. - Led complex liquidity analysis for Exelon’s merger with Constellation, resulting in the reduction of ~$4B of credit facilities generating savings of $35-45M.
