CurrentEnsure all facility operations are in compliance with Marley Spoon’s HACCP plan, People safety program and SOPsIdentify potential risk areas in quality and safety, and work with site to complete root cause analysis and put corrective actions in placeInterface with outside regulators governing safety and quality, supporting program management, audits and process improvementInterface with customers to understand safety and quality customer requirements, supporting program management, audits and process improvementReport on food/people safety and quality ‘near misses’ in the facilityMonitor all KPIs regularly and drive success toward weekly, monthly and quarterly targetsInput and follow up on corrective actions derived from internal/external audits, non-conformances and incidents.Strive for: zero injury or illness of our workforceImplement programs onsite focused on: hazard prevention and control; worksite analysis; training; and management commitment and worker involvementWork with site lead to create a strong Safety culture that engages employeesStrive for: zero biological, chemical, and physical hazards in our food products (HACCP compliance)Support the receiving team to ensure incoming ingredients meet quality standards and product specificationMaintain ownership of various Food Safety Management activities such as: Pest Control, Equipment Preventive Maintenance, Sanitation verification, Glass/Brittle Plastic inspection, Instrument calibrationsKeep facility up to date with local, state and federal regulatory certificationsWork with site lead to create a systematic preventive approach to food safety based on HACCP programStrive for: consistent results and continuous improvement of our processesEnsure SOPs are maintained to be consistent with external / internal policies, and are realistic for day to day operation in all FCs
