As a Development Lead of Data Foundation team I am engaged for Data Enablement area at Nykredit's Digital Change and IT department where I manage a team of Data Engineers based in Poland. My main goal is to transform the core layers of Data solutions critical for Nykredit and sustain capabilities critical for Business Intelligence, Data Governance and Data Intensive Applications. I extend management presence and provide day to day support to technology focused specialists. My core competencies include consultative sales and business development, technology consulting, platform transformation, project coordination, people management, and talent development. I hold an MBA from Coventry University (EMBA) and an OCP certification from Oracle.
