As Chief of Consulting and Sales at RST, I helped to bring new stream of revenue to the company by onboarding new domestic and international accounts. My responsibilities were:- identify growth drivers and build new business strategy from scratch,- bridge sales and marketing teams to execute the strategy,- find relevant public events and promote the company as exhibitor / speaker,- develop and close sales deals with prospective international customers,- find new opportunities and upsell to existing key accounts.I started by inspiring the whole Board of Directors to create company's value proposal. Then, selected target accounts, and built from scratch inbound (marketing) and outbound (sales) teams. I have tested the strategy in the field and improved it continuously over 3 years spent at RST, to make sure that the new stream of revenue keeps consistently fuelling company's growth.

As Founder and CEO of Usability LAB, I have helped numerous enterprise and startup companies and software houses to either rethink and optimise or build digital products from scratch.To ensure continuous growth, I have both developed business and grew delivery team of UX designers and researchers.During my time as enterpreneur at Usability LAB, I had the pleasure to head interesting user research and provide ux design services. I've consulted for brands such as PURO Hotel, Cinema3D, Carrefour, Cisco, LUX MED, Integrated Solutions (Orange), PKO Ubezpieczenia, Alior Sync, TU Europa, PGE, Empikfoto, mFind (punkta), North.pl and many others. In 2013, Usability LAB was among the first 100 companies that helped to set up the Polish Chamber of E-commerce. In cooperation with Wyzsza Szkola Handlowa in Wroclaw, I also created and run "Manager eCommerce" postgraduate studies for three years, where I created the program with help of experts from Ceneo, Milataria.pl, Tpay, Fundacja Polak 2.0.I have also cooperated closely with SWPS Wroclaw branch to source graduates of UX Design studies as junior UX designers to fuel Usability LAB's growth.Since 2013, I became recognized as one of the influencers in UX community in Poland, speaking publicly and running workshops at various events, ie. E-commerce Standard.
