This is installation of new gas power plant in the existing land mark building in VW factory.2xSGT-800 dual fuel (Finspong)1xST (Brno)2x HRSG (NEM)

• 1 x SGT-800 B3 (Finspong), single fuel• 1 x SST-600 (Brno)• 1 x HRSG, dual pressure, drum type, steam extraction up to 60 t/h• Plant Output: 72 MW• Air cooled condenser (ACC) + Gas insulated switch yard (GIS)• HV connection 161kV next to site; Gas connection already in place

The project is to construct a CCGT plant in Płock (Poland) with the new Siemens H-Class SGT5-8000H Gas Turbine. The project is a ‘turn key’ type with the auxiliary infrastructure.

San Gabriel is built in Batangas City located about 110 kilometers south of the Philippine capital of Manila. Siemens supplied a SGT6-8000H gas turbine, a SST6-5000 steam turbine, a hydrogen-cooled SGen6-2000H generator and a Benson type heat recovery steam generator.

Project Manager – Team Leader Oil&Gas

I worked with GE Oil&Gas supplier base in Poland in Northern Europe. I provided leadership to improve our collaboration in this region. I conducted First Piece Qualifications (FPQ), Quality Surveillances, SRG audits and standard products inspections according to the ITPs.

I supported our customers during maintenance, and installations of GE heavy duty Gas Turbines in European region. I was on the lead site adviser positions, leading jobs run by GE. The main scope of my responsibility:• Quality control of parts.• Supervision of tasks’ execution and compliance with technical standards.• Reporting of job progress to customers and GE; facing customers on daily bases. • Reporting of technical issues and follow up corrective actions.• Preparing and submitting of final reports.The biggest projects I was working on were: Installation of 4 GE 9FA gas turbines in Izmir. Installation of 2 GE 9FA gas turbines in Ankara. Installation of 3 GE 9FA gas turbines in Chivasso. Installation of 3 GE 9FA gas turbines in Tavazzano. Installation of 3 GE 9FA gas turbines in Torrevaldaliga. Major inspections of 6 GE 9FA gas turbines in Adapazari Forced major inspection of a 9FA unit in Spalding UK. Site Engineer for installation of mechanical equipment (Compressors, Steam Turbines, Coolers, Pumps, Furnaces, Reactors and Columns) in a new Hydrocracking Plant in Gdansk Refinery. My job was to supervise plant erection, and to deal with many international companies involved in the project, for example: Sulzer, Novo Pignone, Snamprogetti, Chevron.

Site engineer working all over Poland in Hydro Power Stations doing outages, and new installations of Hydro Turbines up to 50 MW.The biggest projects: Major inspection of a 50MW Francis Hydro Turbine in Zydowo.  Major inspections and modifications of 2 Kaplan turbines in Porabka Hydro Power Station.
