I'm an entrepreneur. I love being involved in projects exceeding my primary area of operation, which is sales. I started and developed Quest Corporate Language Solutions, where we trained countless good souls in how to use English at work, on holiday and in love. We always made sure our clients' time was a priority. That led to adapting "residential programs" from Richard Vaughan for the Polish market and let us train our clients in an even more efficient way. It was my privilege to meet Richard and learn from him to later build a team of trainers here in Poland.Simultaneously, I grew the translation part of the business with clients in virtually all corners of the world. This time the priority was to build excellent relationships with translators all over the world. Considering we worked with many of them for more than a decade, I was successful. Translating manuals, technical documentation or data sheets doesn't sound very exciting ... and it isn't. After years of project managing, reviewing and proof-reading translated texts I have come to think it could be more exciting if we managed to reinvent the way product documentation is created. I started working hard to advise companies how manuals could be written in such a way that users actually read them and how they can be used for marketing products. Now, that was exciting.In 2017 I decided to leave Quest to allow myself more freedom in pursuing my other great passions -- cleantech and EVs. I was actively involved in two startups, Tesla Shuttle and ELMO Carsharing - both of which focused on promoting e-mobility in Poland and beyond. I also write for cleantechnica.com and EVangelize Polish people about how wonderful electric vehicles are. In 2019 I was trusted by owners of Schwung Home to lead their sales team and build customer relations globally. I plunged into this new world with passion and curiosity. Great team and great challenges.In 2023 I was invited to join Natec and help Europe cover more rooftops with PV. It was a surprisingly short adventure as I convinced good people of my home town, Namysłów, to vote for me to be the mayor. Here I come, then, with ideas, innocence and bravery.I like being busy but never work more than necessary. The future looks bright.
