• Designed, developed and implemented desktop application extentions using C# and WPF for ArcGIS ArcMap application. • Lead the development, implementation, and integration of the national Forest Service websites a web based geospatial applications built with Flex, Actionscript, javascript, AJAX, php, html and css.• Developed interactive National Forest vegetation web map viewers built with ArcGIS Viewer for Flex and ArcGIS Server map services.• Lead the development, implementation and integration of a Terrestrial Ecological Unit Inventory (TEUI) – Geospatial Toolkit, a custom software application (developed in C++) enabling resource specialists to map terrestrial landscapes and analyze environmental variables.• Lead the implementation of the Section 508 Compliance in the development of the web based applications.

Designed and implemented (written in java) a service used to detect “stuck” preemption calls and notify transportationsystem engineers of the possible mass transit interruptions.Developed and implemented a new GUI module, built in Visual Studio and C++, for the existing Icons software, anintelligent traffic management system. This GUI allowed traffic engineers the ability to modify initial settings and to viewor delete events from the central database.
