Having worked in the accounting sector, I had noticed the difficulties faced by entrepreneurs who wanted to receive funding on the commercial market. An idea to connect business having capital with business owners searching for investors - resulted in creating the company Business Investment Trust sp. z o.o. With my competences and emotional intelligence, I have the ability to easily establish relationships with people. I am able to motivate business owners to take bold action and undertake successful ventures. In addition, I always treat people as partners, search for common goals and I clearly present the vision and implementation plan. One of success stories that makes me feel satisfied with what I do is the example of our client who got the loan of more than 10 million to complete the terraced apartments development. The investment has been carried out and completed and our counterparty from a borrower became an investor in our company. This is undeniable proof of our professionalism and efficiency. Business Investment Trust Sp. z o.o. is almost 10 years of business trusted by dozens of investors and clients which resulted in projects of financing more than 150 mln PLN on the private debt market. My personal success as a leader is creating a strong team with almost no rotation on the most important positions.
