• Prepare and issue regular project reports to project teams• Assist to report all program performance, progress in terms of time, cost and quality• Upon completion of a project, assist the Project Leader to oversee commissioning, practical completion, defects list, end of project report• Contribute to ongoing value management of the design to maximize the value to the client• Coordinate the activities of all consultants and manage performance and oversee quality inspections• Represent the client in meetings that require coordination of works including meetings with consultants, construction manager/builder, sub-contractors and suppliers• Work to established procedures regarding the issue of variations and their costing feedback into the overall cost budget position and produce cost to completion information• Administer the agreement between the contractor and principal

• Management of consultant engagement and preparation of client recommendation• Defect management as well as handover packages at project practical completion• Operator Supplier and Equipment management and interface with IT• Lead project meetings with clients, consultants and external stakeholders• General chirpiness and can-do approach with the day to day items

• Coordinating labour resources, and procurement and delivery of materials, plant and equipment• Coordinated all stakeholders to ensure all sub-activities were completed on time and within budget, and the rate of return of the project was achieved 6% higher than estimated • Consulting with Architects, Engineering Professionals and other professionals, and Technical and Trades Workers• Preparing tenders and contract bids• Operating and implementing coordinated work programs for sites• Ensuring adherence to building legislation and standards of performance, quality, cost and safety• Overseeing the standard and progress of subcontractor’s work
