As a CI Analyst (CIA) I work with customer integrations with our debt collection system.I’ve developed solutions for Banks and many other types of industries. I was part of the startup in the DK, back in 2009, because the need for customer integrations was important for the local office.Main point being - a CIA must have the ability to think out of the box, because no integration is exactly the same, even if standards are met you would still have to make sure data is consistent over time.

I also have a function as the local IT-support at my office.For the most part, I work with user related issues regarding software and hardware.Deploying new OS to users, setting up hardware, etc.Here is a list of things which I have done so far in the role of IT-support:1. Improved daily routines on the production system. Cut 3 hours of human interaction off in 20072. Automated install scripts for faster deploying time of systems.3. Optimization of current systems. 4. Development of new applications, for better maintenance5. Migration of local office to new Domain and moved systems to Datacenter.6. Setup "Dell Kace" for windows OS deployment.7. Created PCMON, which monitor user logons to our domain.8. Created Phonelist, extracts Active Directory data and present it in HTML5 SPA
