I managed the internal logistics: coordinating the efficient distribution of resourcesand tasks, in addition to ensuring the proper management of services and dispatchesof each crew through automated monitoring processes. All this in order to avoiddelays, errors and mishaps in logistics.I developed strategies for process optimization: my premise was to achievemaximum efficiency with minimum costs. I monitored the routes and control of theservices, promoting the identification of strengths and weaknesses, applying leanmanagement strategies adapted to the services, to meet these objectives.Watch over the viability of the processes: all activity within logistics should generatesignificant contributions to the company and the customer.I analyzed the processes: by developing constant reports that allowed us to examinethe performance of operations.

I improved the profit and reached the supermarket sales target. Dealt with all complaints, inquiries, and other customer service related issues.
