● Participates as a member of the Agile Champions Team● Performs system administrator functions for Rally (CA Agile Central)● Facilitates Scrum of Scrum meetings● Mentors scrum masters / acts as interim scrum master as needed● Produces reports related to agile teams key performance indicators● Provides Rally system and agile methodology training to development and operations teams● Facilitates Change Management Committee meetings● Produces reports related to change management committee initiatives● Provides mentoring and support to junior level BAs● Facilitates work groups toward BA CoE standardization● Leads the Business Analysis Center of Excellence● Co-facilitates the Business Analysis Management Council meetings● Provides training to the analyst community (Business Analysts, Systems Analysts, Business Process Improvement Analysts, Data Analysts)● Acts as a liaison between the business units and product vendor to define business requirements● Leads discovery meetings with business unit representatives and gathers documentation related to business processes, functional requirements and workflows● Facilitates meetings with key stakeholders to ensure compliance with corporate and legislative requirements and to obtain required approvals ● Analyzes manual processes and/or systems processes that can be improved● Create and execute test cases● Track and validate defects● Collaborates with vendor on creation of SRS document● Develops BRD's and user story cards as appropriate● Assists with development of data migration requirements and mapping.● Validates migration files and collaborates with developer on exception resolutions● Data analysis, directs data clean-up efforts● Updates project plan
