After working in project management in my Creative Ops role, I really fell in love with owning a process from start to finish. I moved over to Product Marketing after working with colleagues as design support for their go to market content, and learning more about what it entailed. In this role, I helped with multiple Go-to-Markets, including campaign planning with cross-team stakeholders, creating demo videos for B2B users using Camtasia, and writing external content for early access comms. I worked with product managers to understand the marketing requirements for each product launch, and strategically planned out the tasks and owners throughout each.

Moving away from paid social, I moved into a more creative role, project managing creative asset requests from cross-team stakeholders, from start to finish. Sometimes this meant working with external creators to meet the vision, and other times I would jump in and create assets myself using products like Adobe Creative Suite. I developed and managed the asset library, where we hosted all of our content. In this role I also planned and managed photoshoots - from pose lists and prop acquisition, to the hiring of models and photographers, and finally the distribution of the photos. I planned the production of, and edited, the company leadership videos, where our CEO and CRO spoke on topics relevant to the company and market trends. I kept up with business design trends, and create strategies and brainstorm with stakeholders on how to implement them into our own brand identity.

Continuing the management of 25+ markets, I also implemented a full out of home campaign in Newark, NJ. This included creative planning and management with design partners, completing an RFP process with agencies, and the reporting post-campaign. I managed both affiliate and influencer partnerships to increase brand awareness across new channels and demographics. When it was decided that Wonolo needed new video commercials, I wrote the scripts, completed the RFP process with different production agencies, and launched the commercials on social platforms.

In my first role at Wonolo, I managed paid social media ads for 25+ markets, and reported performance and insights from those campaigns to market stakeholders. To give B2C users more context around the jobs on the Wonolo platform, I managed a webinar series with various B2B customers. I assisted in various different channel testing, including out of home campaigns and trialing social media platforms.

In this role at Lyft, I managed the workflows and day-to-day priorities of 6 associates, and acted as a subject matter expert for the regulatory and compliance requirements for 8 states across the Midwest and South. I also created and managed processes and automated systems for moving applicants from online to in-person support for edge cases. I've developed cross-functional reports monthly (reaching audience of 100+ including senior managers and directors), as well as established training process and educational tools for on-boarding new associates. I performed monthly quality assurance checks on peers and associates to ensure overall communications standards are met, and conducted weekly audits on 10 partner site agents to ensure quality standards are aligned with those at HeadQuarters.

Moving from Customer Experience, to Driver Growth, I assisted drivers with finishing their application through various communication channels, while I also launched an omni-channel outbound communication tool used for on-boarding new drivers. While in this role, I contacted approximately 60 drivers a day through outbound call system and ensured compliance and regulatory standards were met by peers and partner site agents through weekly quality assurance checks. I traveled to partner sites to train and evaluate work quality and continued to manage 8 agents designated to assist applicants via in-app Chat tool.

In my first role at Lyft, I resolved issues that both drivers and passengers had while using the platform, via phone and email communications. I also utilized internal communications to work across departments in order to solve user questions and issues. Due to my high NPS scores, and overall performance on the team, I was able to mentor new associates and help acclimate them through weekly meetings.

As an intern with the American Heart Association, I help with the communication strategies for our different events and work on branding for the company. I also help with the planning of the Heart Walk and Heart Gala, along with various Go Red promotions and events.

At TVA, I work on multiple vendor RFP and implementation teams, specifically focusing on communications. I also create and edit multiple communications for the Benefits department, including articles, internal communications, and speeches given by higher-level department members, as well as implement and create communication strategies.

With Marketing Press I was able to analyze their multiple social media platforms for patterns and trends with our consumer base, as well as organize and run the platforms. I also created blog-styled content for their website once a week.

At Ulta Beauty, I mainly worked with transactions at the cash register, including purchases and returns. I also worked on the floor during events and promotions to help the customer find what they were looking for as well as give advice on which products would be best for their specific needs. Occasionally I would help with shipment, and work on a "task force" to manage the floor plan.

Yankee Candle was my first real experience within retail. I learned how to work on a cash register, as well as handle transactions with customers. I stocked the floor, processed shipment, and helped customers find what they were looking for, as well as suggesting other options for what they may like. I also worked alongside co-workers in order to accomplish company goals.
