 Monitor and operate our company’s Managed Service Provider accounts and all aspects involved. Must be confident in speaking on the phone and web-based training for sub vendors, clients and users. Supervise day-to-day activities of Account Coordinator(s) and Sub-Vendors. Develop and execute a sales strategy to target to find additional Sub-Vendor resources and fill orders in regions high in demand. Manage Sub-Vendors on compliance process and verifies accuracy to ensure fully credentialed employees for all assignments. Develop market research on bill and pay rates for clients and sub-vendors. Contact prospective, existing and active sub-vendors through multiple channels such as telephone, trainings, client site visits and email to develop business. Oversee payroll processing to ensure all agencies are paid correctly in a timely fashion. Track fill ratios, Sub-Vendors and marketing results through various reports. Maintain individual and team quota in accordance with set goals. Retention of Sub-Vendors and Clients through continual communication and process improvement implementation. Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws and regulations related to all business practices. Participates in Joint Commission accreditation survey process and maintains all files and records to ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards, where appropriate.
