Before client left the hospital I set-up interviews and trained caregivers to care for a man with a stroke. Created multiple documents using Word and Excel, trained new employees as needed, inventoried supplies, made sure staff was following emergency protocols and procedures, trained all staff according to patient needs. I also provided additional training as health and care needs changed. All medications were my sole responsibility, as well as alerting staff of any medicine changes. Household shopping, house maintenance and annual reviews were my responsibility. I Assisted family in doctors appointments, and informed all staff and family of medication changes. I reviewed medical paperwork for mistakes and possible health concerns as well as scheduled and fully staffed three shifts.
