Then I decided to enroll at Georgian college to study Human Resource Management to enlighten me more and the intricacies of Human Resource Management. Secured a safe work environment and conducted interviews, training, and onboarding of new employee. I have developed a solid foundation in HR principles, practices, and procedures. Coordinated employee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits programs. I stay updated with the latest trends, regulations, and best practices in the field. I have contributed to Project improvements, collaborative team efforts with a deep understanding of administration, client services, human resources, and relationship management. I am good with Microsoft Office(Word,Excel,Outlook) and the use of technology.
