: Coordinate Home Glucose Monitoring Monitoring and coordination of patient’s education related to diabetic  Care Ensure proper protocol are followed in management of DKA Coordinate clinic with external consultants AMPATH, MTRH Diabetic  Unit Clinical care of diabetic patients Supervision of staff attached to Diabetic clinic Supervision and counseling of community health works Compiling and submitting of monthly reports to MTRH Diabetic Unit Reviewing of patient admitted in the ward with chronic diseases Teaching Healthcare providers and students attached to Diabetic clinic
