This role created to develop and implement a Sales, Marketing and Communications strategy for the Japara organization.Key responsibilities include:- developing and implementation of a new branding, marketing and advertising campaign to differentiate and define Japara's point of difference. This has included the rebranding of all the organisations assests- the rebranding campaign also included the development and roll out of the new Japara Values to all of Japara's 5000 plus employees- developed and implemented a social media strategy that included a new website and social media campaigns- manage the National Sales and Community Engagement team to call on key referrers and to coach and support Japara Home staff- piloted and implemented a call center function for Japara. The primary goal of this was to provide a supportive and informative resource for potential residents and their relatives when seeking residential aged care services. This function also books tours and conducts other customer service related follow up calls- project managed the development and deployment of an online Operations Manual and Training Guide for all Japara employees - Manage and oversee Media relations and Communications
