• Prepare and analyze Society’s budget• Ensure accounting records are consistently maintained and up to date• Implement recommendations set forth in audit reports and Supervisory Board• Authorization of payments• Implementation of society’s policies • Preparation and presentation of reports to the Management Board • Daily management of the Society• Management of Revenue and expenditure
