I led the development of the website, research key ESG and sustainability developments, write the blogs, create the social media, manage the strategy and reporting, and work closely with the business and technical team to ensure alignment in what we say, and what we deliver as a product.

The following year we hosted our second festival in Ormeau Park. Both festivals attracted 2-3,000 attendees.

I ran a successful grassroots campaign. Mobilising many people to join our team on the campaign trail, from canvasing to leafleting. Many people had never been part of a political party before but found it empowering to have honest conversations with everyday people on the importance of green politics and how it can transform our communities in a lasting and sustainable way. An online coaching startup that will offer online courses for parents and therapists to connect more deeply and profoundly with their children (through both a parenting and therapeutic lens). • Co-designed the project and edited content.• Responsible for marketing strategy, marketing funnel and output.• Lead and produce creative aspects: website, branding, digital marketing, social media, presentations.• Organized and managed internal database and programs, including IT support.• Implemented the “Getting Things Done” organisational system• Utilize tools like WIX, Canva, Affinity Suite, Ontraport, Stealth, G Suite & Drive, ClickUp, Trello, RecurPost, Microsoft Office, Vimeo, Zoom.

ExPlane is one of the projects born out of the Sail to the COP think tank. It aims to introduce and influence sustainable travel practices in universities through movement building and internal policy change. I started out as a volunteer but have recently moved onto a commission basis.

Throughout 7 years, I was employed seasonally for full-time or part-time work as an Administrator, Receptionist and Bookkeeper. 2020 work included creating and overviewing the protocols for opening and working during Covid-19.Engaging with clients through answering calls, front desk work and occasional in-session photography and videography for teaching purposes. Promotion and marketing through social media, website content & email campaigns, using my own visual and written content. Active role in the operations and organisation of this small business, including financial admin, book keeping and report writing. Organised Baby Body Language events for the senior holistic chiropractor. Main programmes: JaneApp, Canva, Word & Excel, Google Drive, WordPress, Trello, Sage, XeroA small business offering a holistic approach to the care and wellbeing of clients. There are 10 therapists across varying disciplines, from Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, Pre & Perinatal Education and Massage through to Mind Coaching and Nutrition.

A climate action project that was started up by 4 visionaries in late 2018. The premise of the project was to sail to COP25 in Chile with a group of 36 participants and conduct a think tank on-board. The think tank envisioned the future of sustainable travel and mapped pathways on how to make the travel sector fair and sustainable. Due to the relocation of COP25, we advocated for sustainable travel remotely with the invaluable work of on the ground representatives. My roles:• To elevate the visibility & impact of the project through social media, traditional media, podcast, written article and blogs• To fully illustrate the final report, as well as co-write and co-edit• To co-design the thinktank framework and systematic approach before sailing • To adapt to various roles and keep level headed during adverse situations
