Jacinta is a photo-media Artist based in Adelaide, specialising in Fine Art. She actively exhibits her work throughout Australia and is dedicated to broadening her reach beyond borders. Her artistic vision extends to other subjects, providing a transformational space to create artistic images that represent the distinctive beauty and unique qualities of the individual. Prior to advancing her creative endevours, Jacinta gained significant experience as a Project Manager and HR representative, closely partnering with high profile clients for the end-to-end delivery of HR/Organisational Development projects both globally and locally within Australia. Jacinta prides herself on professional and adaptive client relationship management and has partnered with clients from various industries including Banking and Finance, Professional Services, Manufacturing, Fast Moving Consumer Goods and Energy & Utilities. Over this time, Jacinta has developed a strong understanding of internal and external HR practices and has received formal recognition for her leadership aptitude working within culturally diverse and multi-disciplined teams.These skills extended to the Real Estate industry in which Jacinta joined after a period of time away from work to raise her young children. Jacinta holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree with Distinction, graduating with a triple major in Human Resource Management, Commercial Law and Management from Deakin University, Australia. Additionally, Jacinta completed an Agents' Representative Certificate with the Harcourts Academy. In addition to her formal qualifications, Jacinta demonstrates sound knowledge and speedy adoption of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software.
