People Grow is an intensive, 2-year management development programme for recent graduates identified as high potential, which exposes the participants to constant challenges in several departments and business areas of the bank, as well, several one-shot, short-term projects. The programme is based in rotations in core areas of Millennium bcp:1- Management Information Department: collaboration in a multidisciplinary team, in the development of the Incentives Systems for Retail branches. The system is in place since 2009. 2- Marketing - Companies Network: collaboration in the implementation of incentives system and development of a project to increase proximity with companies’ customers3- Commercial Experience in Companies Branch: supporting relationship managers in direct contact with customers4- Optimization and Performance team: collaboration in reviewing the process of approval lines of credit to companies among other projects pursuing reduction of costs5- Research Office: Development of the 2009 Annual Report and Sustainability Report and other ad-hoc studies for the board6- Bank Millennium in Poland - Marketing: development of a new package for individuals7- Information division of Operational Department - development of KPI and Balanced Scorecards for the sub-areas of Operation Department
