• Responsible for management of a portfolio of several hundred clients’ residential owner occupied & investment home loans. This involved meeting with new clients to discuss their individual short & long term goals, complete applications, assess their financial positions & then create a suitable loan structure accordingly. Drive each file through the loan application process from submission, approval & settlement. Post settlement provide ongoing assistance to each client for any needs & concerns. Also seek new sale opportunities for existing clients via new property purchases/refinance/increase of loans, top ups, working with self-managed-super-funds, maximizing clients tax deductions through various investments & ensuring their insurance strategy is of an adequate level for their assets & liabilities & income. Frequently update clients regarding new lending guidelines, newly released products & policies with various lenders, & interest rate fluctuations in response to an ever changing market place.
